These terms govern your use of Paint Composer ("the app"), provided by Daniel X. Moore. By using the app you agree to these terms.
You may use the app for personal and commercial creative work. You are responsible for the content you create and share, and for ensuring you have the rights to any material you import.
You retain ownership of the songs and other content you create with the app. You are solely responsible for backing up anything you wish to keep.
Purchases made through third-party storefronts (such as Steam) are governed by that storefront's purchase and refund policy.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damages or loss of data arising from use of the app.
Do not use the app to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or violates any applicable regulation.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
